According to the French Internal Bar Regulations, Lucille DETWILER indicates to her clients, upon the first appointment, how her fees are calculated. She updates them on a regular basis on the fees amount.

Fees are determined in a fee agreement agreed upon with clients before the start of the mission.

Depending on the clients’ queries and resources, fees may be set on a hourly basis or on a lump-sum basis (which may be associated with success fees where appropriate). Hotline services with a global subscription may also be considered.

Payment on account of fees and/or disbursements may be requested at the beginning of the mission.

The fees for the Outsourced Legal Department are the subject of specific agreements concluded upstream of the service on a preferential tariff basis. They are adaptable and modular according to the evolving needs of the customer.
