Avocate au Barreau de Paris depuis 2012, Lucille Detwiler exerce exclusivement dans le domaine du droit du travail tant en conseil qu\u2019en contentieux.<\/p>\n

Avant de cr\u00e9er sa propre structure, Lucille DETWILER a exerc\u00e9 au sein de diff\u00e9rents cabinets reconnus dans leur pratique du droit social tels qu\u2019August & Debouzy, Mayer Brown, Melville Avocats et Osborne Clarke.<\/p>\n

Elle a ainsi acquis une solide exp\u00e9rience lui permettant d\u2019assister une client\u00e8le d\u2019employeurs fran\u00e7ais et \u00e9trangers dans le cadre de leurs probl\u00e9matiques RH quotidiennes et\/ou de la mise en \u0153uvre de projets complexe en droit du travail (n\u00e9gociation d\u2019accord d\u2019entreprise, r\u00e9organisations et transfert d\u2019entreprise, licenciements collectifs avec ou sans PSE, rupture conventionnelle collective, volet social des audits d\u2019acquisition etc.).<\/p>\n

Elle accompagne des salari\u00e9s, principalement des cadres de Direction, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la n\u00e9gociation de leur d\u00e9part ou de contentieux individuels devant les juridictions sociales.<\/p>\n

Admitted as Attorney-at-law at the Paris Bar in 2012, she holds a Master II degree in employment law from the University II Panth\u00e9on Assas.<\/p>\n
