She updates them on a regular basis on the fees amount.<\/p><p>Fees are determined in a fee agreement agreed upon with clients before the start of the mission.<\/p><p>Depending on the clients\u2019 queries and resources, fees may be set on a hourly basis or on a lump-sum basis (which may be associated with success fees where appropriate). Hotline services with a global subscription may also be considered.<\/p><p>Payment on account of fees and\/or disbursements may be requested at the beginning of the mission.<\/p><p>The fees for the Outsourced Legal Department are the subject of specific agreements concluded upstream of the service on a preferential tariff basis.
